Chef Tami will teach you to make satisfying, delicious and nutrient dense foods to support you in your journey towards more healthful eating.  These dishes would be great choices for a week long detox or just to incorporate into your spring repertoire. All dishes are gluten free, sugar free, vegan and 100% delicious!

  • Kale, Steamed Carrot and Sprout Salad with Probiotic Almond Dressing (learn to make your own sprouts !)
  • Thai Style Cabbage Slaw with Toasted Tempeh, Lime Tamarind Vinaigrette and Cashews
  • Lemon Zest and Juniper Berry Sauerkraut (a start to finish on this amazing fermented food to aid digestion)
  • Ethiopian Lentil Soup with Coconut Milk, Spinach and Berber Spice     
  • Gluten Free Dosas with Fresh Herbs
  • Key Lime Vegan “Cheesecake” with Fresh Berries
