Mid-Summer Vegan Tapas Dinner

    Chef Tami Grooney (http://www.wildtreekitchen.com) will create the following feast for up to 24 people, served at a long table on the back lawn of the farm house, or inside if it rains.

MENU:

  • Mushroom “Ceviche” with Raw Flax and Sesame Crackers
  • Crispy Zucchini Cakes with Avocado Cream
  • Creamy Tomato Almond Gazpacho with Cucumber Salsa
  • Sprouted Walnut and Roasted Pepper Tapenade with Grilled Chickpea Flat Bread
  • Grilled Summer Vegi Skewers with Cashew Cheese “Fondue”
  • Raw Lavender Honey “Cheesecake” with Pecan and Date Crust
