Learn how to make naturally sweetened, nutrient dense, guilt-free treats!   Everything is easy to make, free of gluten and dairy and full of health-promoting fats, vitamins, enzymes and fiber.  They’re so good you’ll find it hard to believe they’re actually good for you!   

  • Avocado Chocolate Mousse with Coconut Whip 
  • Raw Carrot Cake with Cashew Cream Frosting
  • Sweet Potato Fudge
  • Raspberry Shortbread Squares
  • Chocolate Dipped Coconut Macaroons
  • 5-Minute Energy Balls

Students will enjoy a simple dinner of soup and salad, followed by the desserts with samples and recipes to take home.  BYOB welcome.

The instructor is Mary Ellen Forster, who left the corporate world to pursue her passion for cooking and nutrition.  She is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and the Natural Gourmet Chef’s Training Program.  In addition to work as a health coach and a private chef, she is happily living the dream of working on an organic farm as part of the White Gate Farm kitchen team.
