In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Jesse Kramer will teach you to make:

  • Grilled pizzete with fresh tomatoes and basil
  • Greek WGF Lamb prepared in the sous vide and finished on the grill with minty tzatziki sauce
  • Eggplant rollatini
  • Farro Salad with French filet beans, shallots and herbs
  • Summer Fruits with Sabayon Sauce

Dinner is included.  Limit 10 people.  BYOB welcome.
