In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Jesse Kramer will teach you to make:
- Grilled pizzete with fresh tomatoes and basil
- Greek WGF Lamb prepared in the sous vide and finished on the grill with minty tzatziki sauce
- Eggplant rollatini
- Farro Salad with French filet beans, shallots and herbs
- Summer Fruits with Sabayon Sauce
