Reconnect with You: Proprioceptive Writing® & Yoga

Kim Chandler leads a Women’s Weekend Retreat Feb 16-18 featuring gentle wake up yoga, Proprioceptive Writing® program  sessions, and six farm to table meals highlighting the farm’s own organic produce.  Attendees may stay in the farmhouse or commute each day. Who: Women who want to reconnect with themselves through meditative writing, gentle yoga and nourishing farm to table meals. No prior experience with Proprioceptive Writing®or yoga needed. Limited to 12.

What: Wake up with gentle yoga overlooking quiet meadows, and Proprioceptive Writing® sessions in the cozy, comfortable farmhouse. A stay at White Gate Farm is an immersive, intimate experience designed to awaken you from the inside out. This retreat will include unforgettable farm to table cuisine prepared and served by the farm chefs.

About Kim: Kim Chandler, ERYT is a former resident and program director of Kripalu Center in Lenox, MA. She is on the faculty at the Proprioceptive Writing® Center and in 1995 founded her yoga studio, Innerlight Center for Yoga & Meditation in MIddletown, Ri.

At Innerlight Kim offers ongoing weekly yoga classes, Proprioceptive Writing® groups and a world class yoga teacher training program. She has practiced Proprioceptive Writing® since 1991.
