About Kim: Kim Chandler, ERYT is a former resident and program director of Kripalu Center in Lenox, MA. She is on the faculty at the Proprioceptive Writing®Center and in 1995 founded her yoga studio, Innerlight Center for Yoga & Meditation in MIddletown, Ri.
At Innerlight Kim offers ongoing weekly yoga classes, Proprioceptive Writing®groups and a world class yoga teacher training program. She has practiced Proprioceptive Writing® since 1991.
