Proprioceptive Writing ® & Yoga Retreat

Kim Chandler leads a Women’s Weekend Retreat October 19 to 21 featuring gentle wake up yoga, Proprioceptive Writing® program sessions, and six farm to table meals highlighting the farm’s own organic produce.  Attendees may stay in the farmhouse or commute each day. About Kim: Kim Chandler, ERYT is a former resident and program director of Kripalu Center in Lenox, MA. She is on the faculty at the Proprioceptive Writing® Center and in 1995 founded her yoga studio, Innerlight Center for Yoga & Meditation in MIddletown, Ri.

At Innerlight Kim offers ongoing weekly yoga classes, Proprioceptive Writing® groups and a world class yoga teacher training program. She has practiced Proprioceptive Writing® since 1991.
