New Year’s Eve Dinner

Seats are still available for this year’s very special New Year’s Eve Dinner !  Last year’s was an amazing feast…prepare to be wowed again by a fine dining experience in our cozy dining room with a coursed dinner showcasing our produce and local meats and seafood as dreamed up by Farm Chef Tami Grooney.
Amuse Bouche:   Steamed Dumplings with Sea Coast Wild Mushrooms, Baby Collards and Pomegranate Sesame Hoisin
Soup:  Velvety and Delicate Japanese Savory Custard with Shrimp and Shiitake Broth
Salad:  Crab and Red Chard Salad and Pickled Radish Greens and Pomelo Vinaigrette
Entree:  Winter Squash Risotto with Port Braised Beef Short Rib  -or- Seared Sea Scallops with Toasted Butternut Gnocchi
Dessert:  Trio of Dessert Tasting:  Matcha Mochi Cake / Earl Grey Profiterole / Vietnamese Coffee Tiramisu
Vegetarian Option Available Upon Request (at time of booking). Food allergies accommodated too. Limit is 50 people.  BYOB welcome.
