Menu:
Arepas Bar  (Arepas are a traditional corn based biscuit eaten daily with most meals in Venezuela)
   Grilled Skirt Steak
   Garlic Shrimp
   Caprese Salad
   Guacamole
   Pork, slow roasted with Citrus and Wine
Patacon (twice fried plantains) with Local Apple Slaw and Fresh Cheese
Coffee Caramel Flan
Venezuelan Beverages (to enjoy on their own or with your BYOR, V or W!)
     Papelon con Limon (lemon with sugarcane)
     Tamarin (Tamarind cooler)
