Join us for a delectable tour of Asian cuisine with Chef Tami. As a child, Tami lived in China, Japan and Hawaii. She owned and operated an Asian Fusion restaurant with her family in San Francisco.
Menu:
- Korean Style Ban Cha: Marinated Sugar Kelp Salad, Spring Veggie Kim Chi, Spinach Sesame Salad
- Crispy Bottomed SeaCoast Mushroom and Spring Onion Buddha Buns
- Steamed Chicken and Leek Dumplings with Crunchy Garlic Chili Sauce
- Vietnamese Style Rice Paper Rolls with Shrimp, Pork and Fresh Herbs
- Biang Biang Wide Noodles with Tender Beef and Cilantro
- Thai Banana Leaf Baked Halibut with Coconut Marinade, Lemongrass Oil and Cashew Basil Rice
- Matcha and Thai Tea Mochi with Black Sesame Ice Cream
Dinner will be served to up to 60 people in the three common rooms of the inn. BYOB welcome. Allergies and/or preferences will be accommodated if you let us know one week ahead of time. We request photos of COVID vax cards in advance.
