Tuscan Dinner in the Farmhouse February 27

Join us in the dead of winter for this hearty Tuscan dinner.  We have plenty of room for people to sit with their own pods (6 or more) or with new friends.  Maximum overall is 50 people. We ask that attendees be vaccinated against COVID.  BYOB is welcome.

Menu:

Antipasti   House Made, Wood Fired Sourdough Crostini, Anjou Pear, Crispy Walnuts, Farm Herb Ricotta, Raw Chestnut Honey, Warm Marinated Olives, Bite Sized Arancini with Fresh Mozzarella and Slow Cooked WGF Tomato Jam

Primo     Ribollita (Traditionally Vegetarian Kale & White Bean Soup)

Secondo    Fresh Pappardelle with Pork Sugo, Toasted Hazelnuts and Shredded Grana Padano

Contorno      Bisteca Steak Florentine Salad with Arugula 

Dolce    Warm Rice Pudding Parfait with Amaretti Cookie Crumble and Figs
