 Join Jesse Kramer for this hands-on class to create the following menu:

  • Bruschetta with Beets, Ricotta and Mint
  • Roasted Asparagus with Parmigiano Reggiano, Lemon Vinaigrette and a perfect poached Egg
  • Ricotta Gnocchi with Lamb Bolognese
  • Pot de creme (AKA Death by Chocolate)

The class includes instruction, printed recipes and a full shared dinner.  Ten people max.  BYO welcome.
