Learn from our expert crew how to process your own chickens, and take home one packaged organic, pastured bird.  The farm team will process 170 chickens between 9 am and noon using the most humane and efficient methods.  Our machinery includes a 4-bird scalding tank and 4-bird “Whiz Bang Chicken Plucker.” You can observe all the steps, participate in any or all, and ask lots of questions. (It’s not necessary to “attend” the whole time.) Limited to 4 people.
