In this class you will learn to make sourdough bread and focaccia. Every step of sourdough bread making from feeding the starter to mixing, proofing and shaping will be explored. Each participant will go home with sourdough starter and their own focaccia and sourdough loaf. A light vegetarian supper is part of the 3-hour class. BYOB is welcome. Limited to 15 students.
Cancellation Policy: Due to limited space and advance purchasing requirements cooking classes are non-refundable. Cancellations will receive credit towards a future cooking class, or you can transfer the class to another person. If the class is cancelled for any reason you will receive a full refund.
